Justin Bergholcs is an Australian who has been living and working in the Himalayas since 1996 and is the owner of Blue Dragon Enterprises, established in 2003, the parent company of Blue Dragon Adventure and Travel, based in Darjeeling, India.
Dawa Gyalpo Sherpa runs blue Dragon Adventure and Travel, Justin adopted son. Dawa is a Mountaineer instructor and has a passion and commitment to showing people all aspects of adventure in the Himalayas.

JUSTIN BERGHOLCS
Mr Justin is the founder of Blue Dragon Enterprise. Mr Justin is an Australian who has been living and working in the Himalayas since 1996 founder of Blue Dragon Enterprises, established in 2003, the parent company of Blue Dragon Adventure and Travel, based in Darjeeling, India. In his words “as a founder of Blue Dragon Enterprise, I would like to extend my best wishes. Blue Dragon Enterprise is a multi-faceted business. The main focus is that of guiding people to the Himalayas ”
DAWA GYALPO SHERPA
Dawa Gyalpo or just Dawa to friends. Grew up in a town of Darjeeling which offers an incredible 180° view of snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga range. In his words “when I was young I would wonder what one would see if one got to top off those snow mountains. All we were told by the elders was that there is a country called China behind them” He has been guiding trips in the Himalaya since 2006 and is very passionate about his work. He completed the Basic, Advanced & MOI Mountaineering Courses from Himalayan Mountaineering, Darjeeling with top grades. His straightforward, cool, and calm temperament has always drawn people to him. He has guided several mountaineers successfully to the summits. He is also a highly experienced climbing instructor and has designed and executed numerous outdoor training programs. He is deeply committed to the mountains, to exploration, photography, the culture & the people of the Himalaya, to wilderness medicine and mountain rescue.
JIGME LHADON
Jigme Lhadon or just Jigme to friends. Grew up in the town of Darjeeling which offers an incredible 180° view of the snow-capped mountains of the Kanchenjunga range. Having more than 9 years of experience in the tourism sector, she looks after all the tours and accounts. She is a graduate in Tourism Management and has worked in the travel and tourism sector since 2009. That was when we had started getting a lot of women on our trips and were looking around for somebody capable to lead our women-only departures.
PASSANG TSERING
Born & brought up in Kalimpong. Passang is fond of adventure activities. He completed the event management course in Delhi. Has worked as an event manager at U17 World Cup 2017 which was held in Guwahati. He handles all our Sikkim and Darjeeling trek & adventure activities logistics. He is deeply committed to delivering a high-value customer experience and would go to any length to ensure that. He is highly compatible and has an infectious laugh. He is a keen interest in the Himalayan flora & fauna and is a professional photographer too.
SANGAY BHUTIA
Born & brought up in Darjeeling. He completed the Basic, Advanced & MOI Mountaineering Courses from Himalayan Mountaineering, Darjeeling with top grades by the time he turned 24 He has trekked extensively in the Ladakh, Darjeeling & Sikkim Himalayas. He has been on several mountaineering expeditions and loves to share his experiences. Gifted with an infectious sense of humour and engaging smile, he will have you chuckling in no time. Fairly quiet for a mountain guide Sangay is highly passionate about trekking & mountaineering
SOURAV SHERPA
Hailing from Darjeeling He has led numerous trips in Darjeeling and Sikkim. He completed the Basic, Mountaineering Course from Himalayan Mountaineering, Darjeeling. Fairly quiet for a mountain guide Sourav is highly passionate about trekking & mountaineering. He enjoys reading books.
Bipendra Lama
His has been working as trekking, cultural, and Bird watching guide since 2008. he can speak German, English, Nepali, & Hindi. Has complected basic mountaineering course from Himalayan Mountaneering Institute Darjeeljng. He is also a good photographer and loves outdoor adventure activities.

Event Highlights : Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar presented the National Tourism Awards to awardees at the programme organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, to mark World Tourism Day, 2022. Union Minister of Tourism Shri G. Kishan Reddy and MoS Tourism Shri Ajay Bhatt also graced the ceremony. Secretary Tourism Shri Arvind Singh and other senior officers of the Ministry were also present on this occasion. A total of 81 awards were given away this year highlighting the achievements of the industry in 2018-19
